Right Diet to Grow Taller
Children are often told by their parent: "You have to eat everything on your plate if you want to grow taller". This sentence has some basis of truth in it. Food does influence your growth and also provides the body with nutrients it needs for energy, repair, and reproduction. Of course you need to eat food in order to grow taller, but it is important to know that not all food can help you grow taller. Some foods can help you grow taller and some foods of course can stunt your growth.
Effect of right diet to human height can be seen in the studies about the twins. In studies of identical twins separated since birth, one twin living with a rich family and the other one with poor family, the identical twins show different physical growth. The twin in rich family, given better and more nutritious food grew taller while the other twin was retarded in growth. Generally, Identical twins when of the same sex, will grow to the same height.
So in order to grow taller you should eat right diet ( nutritious foods ) only and avoid eating unhealthy foods that can stunt your growth.
